Inducible LacI-KRAB Repressor Generator (TRE-Tight-LacI-KRAB) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces the LacI-KRAB strong repressor protein when induced with tTA/rtTA transactivator variants in the presence of tetracycline analogues.
